Promenade Investment Banking offers financial advisory services to corporations and institutional investors. Operating in North America and Asia, Promenade's Investment Banking business specializes in innovative solutions, drawing on expertise from across the full spectrum of products: debt and equity capital, securities, mergers and acquisitions, go-public, reverse merger, corporate restructuring and other corporate finance services.

Promenade Capital typically invests between $1 – $10 million per transaction. We are a non majority equity investor that has both operating and investment banking expertise in a number of different industries. We look to invest in both private and public companies globally. It’s extremely important that these companies are post revenue, and in many cases at a stage where an infusion of capital will propel their business into vertical markets or accelerate their growth exponentially.
